9 and 15. When worlds most famous bus, the Routemaster, was finally withdrawn from front-line service after 46 years in 2005 that wasn't quite the end of the story.....TfL would probably prefer if you didn't know, but there are actually still 10 of them running every day. They operate short journeys between Trafalgar Square and the Tower of London on route 15 every 15 mins and on route 9 between Aldwych and the Albert Hall also every 15 mins.

This means that there are still 8 per hour in each direction along the Strand between about 09:00 and 18:30! They may be aimed at tourists but all passes are accepted and they are still useful to plenty of passengers. These are now almost the only two-person operated buses in Britain - though I believe one route in Dundee still uses conductors, although on modern buses.
