The Concession for Hertfordshire Pass Holders is that they will be able
to travel at any time on bus services in Hertfordshire.

All Green Line buses are free after 9:30am. There are some journeys
elsewhere in Herts where the green line can be used before 9:30 but this is
most unlikely on London bound buses boarded in Dacorum.
